| 摘 要： | 利用ELMAN神经网络，采用相关站点历史数据逼近的方法，建立了流量差值预测模型；采用主成分分析法确定神经网络输入参数；运用叠加噪声法对神经网络模型进行了泛化处理。预测模型能反映流量差值的变化趋势。

| Abstract: | Based on the ELMAN neural network,and the method of relevant station history data,a flow difference value forecast model was built.The neural network input parameters were determined by using the principal components analysis.The neural network model was generalized by using superimposed noise.The forecast model can reflect the tendency of the flow difference value. |
