| 摘 要： | 交通事件实时视频检测技术是当前流行的事件检测技术。通过对交通事件的特征分析，综合对比面积分布和速度分布信息对视频检测效果的影响，提出基于速度分类算法的交通事件实时视频检测方法。在此基础上给出运动目标的速度提取算法以及事件判定准则，并完成事件判定。最终给出算法的实际场景实验结果并对结果进行分析。
