摘    要:针对路面裂缝无损检测要求,设计了基于单片机、GPS和线阵摄像机的路面图像采集系统。解决了单片机对线阵摄像机外触发信号的控制问题,完成了对动态图像进行高速实时的拍摄控制的要求。同时设计了基于VC++和MIL软件的图像采集软件系统。包括采集参数设置,路面动态图像实时显示,GPS信号的接收和数据库信息存储。系统实现了对路面裂缝图像的动态拍摄并将其保存在计算机硬盘里,为后续图像处理提供可靠数据。试验结果表明,系统能够有效地对路面图像信息进行实时采集,并对海量信息进行存储,获得了良好的动态图像抓拍效果。

Abstract:According to the requirement of the road surface crack nondestructive testing,a road surface image acquisition hardware system was designed based on single-chip computer,GPS technique and linear CCD.The problem of the external trigger control of microcontroller was solved.The real-time control for moving image in high speed was realized by using the controlling linear CCD.Meanwhile,the software system for moving image acquisition based on VC++ and MIL was also designed,including collected parameters setting...
