摘    要:与普通混凝土相比,钢纤维混凝土具有较大的抗拉强度,其抗裂性能和抗冲击性能突出。钢纤维混凝土用于厂区道路和工业地坪可使该材料的抗裂和抗动力荷载的优良性能得到充分发挥。如何较好地考虑厂区道路和工业地坪各种复杂受力,并用合理而且简便的计算模型对其设计计算,成为保证钢纤维混凝土厂区道路和工业地坪使用寿命和质量的关键。该文对钢锭铣削型钢纤维混凝土力学性能进行了分析,介绍了钢锭铣削型钢纤维混凝土厂区道路和工业地坪的力学计算模型和简化设计计算方法。

Abstract:Comparing with plain concrete, the steel fiber reinforced concrete has advantages in its higher tensile strength, the anti-cracking performance and impact resistance performance. The use of steel fiber reinforced concrete in the industrial roads and floors can make the good performances of its anti-cracking and anti-dynamic loading able to fully play. How to better consider various complex loadings on the industrial roads and floors, and to use the reasonable and simple calculation model for its design calculation become the key to guarantee the service life and the quality of the steel fiber reinforced concrete industrial roads and floors. The article analyzes the mechanics performance of the ingot milling steel fiber concrete, and introduces the mechanics calculation model of the ingot milling steel fiber concrete industrial roads and floors and simplifies the design calculation method.
