| 摘 要： | 该文介绍了江苏省吴江市城市水危机的现状,分析了城市水危机的成因,提出城市水利与城市发展的对策。文章强调,在城市化进程中,水的危机必将成为城市社会经济可持续发展的重要制约因素,"依法治水、计划治水、综合治水、科学治水"是城市水利发展的必由之路,也是城市实现可持续发展的重要保障。
