评议桥梁防撞设计的依据

水运是货物运输五种方式中最大量的方式。很多船撞桥墩的实例表明,船舶被撞损、沉没和桥梁被撞坏、塌落造成很大的危害。我国公路和铁路两个桥梁设计规范已经规定的条文,说明桥梁设计者按照规范进行桥梁防撞设计是必要的,如果没有按规范中的多处规定进行防御船撞桥的设计,这项桥梁设计是不合规范的。水运在发展中,桥梁设计规范也是在发展中的。社会和谐要求达到既保护桥梁又保护船舶和环境才是充分的,才是科学的发展观。因此,试论充分的防撞设计的概念和方法,也是规范需要发展和补充的地方。
