预应力新工艺在新昌江大桥中的应用

摘    要:预应力混凝土连续箱梁桥是目前中小跨径桥梁主要桥型之一,该文结合新昌江大桥工程,针对这一桥型建设过程中的关键技术——预应力新工艺的特点进行了论述,包括采用塑料波纹管、真空辅助压浆、超长空间钢束施工工艺。

Abstract:The pre-stressed concrete continuous box beam bridge is one of the small-span and the middle-span bridges now. Combined with the project of Xinchang River Bridge, the article discusses the characteristics of the pre-stressed new technology ----- key technique in the course of constructing this bridge, and also discusses the construction technologies of using the plastic corrugated pipe, vacuum auxiliary mud jacking and super-long space steel strand.
