安盘高速公路十二营枢纽互通改造方案研究

摘    要:为给安顺至盘州高速十二营枢纽互通提出最优改造方案,通过建设条件分析、路网结构分析、上阶段方案分析、路网交通量及互通转向交通量预测、对上阶段方案提出了优化建议,重新拟定了两个互通方案。同时通过路线指标、行车安全、服务水平、公路用地、对周边既有建构筑的干扰、工程量及造价等比较内容,对各互通方案进行了对比,最终得出方案一作为推荐互通改造方案,在满足交通功能的同时较大的节约了造价,最后对本次互通改造设计心得进行了总结,以期为此类互通改造提供借鉴。

Abstract:In order to propose an optimal reconstruction scheme for the Shierying Hub Interchange in Anshun-Panzhou Expressway, the optimization suggestions are proposed for the previous phase of the scheme by analyzing the construction conditions, road network structure and previous-phase scheme, and predicting the road network traffic volume and interchange turning traffic volume. Tow interchange schemes are proposed again. At the same time, through the comparison of route indicators, driving safety, service level, highway land use, interference to existing buildings and structures in the surrounding area, engineering quantities and costs, the two interchange schemes are compared. Finally, Scheme 1 is recommended as the interchange reconstruction scheme. The cost is greatly saved and also the traffic functions are met. The design experience of this interchange reconstruction is summarized in order to provide the reference for the reconstruction of similar interchanges.
