摘    要:为解决大直径土压盾构在大粒径富水卵石、漂石土地层条件下刀盘刀具磨损严重、刀盘被卡、地表塌陷、渣土喷涌等工程难题,结合都四山地轨道交通项目DSZQ-1标永丰站—蒲阳站区间盾构隧道工程的施工情况,从盾构选型设计、超前地质预警处理、掘进参数选择、渣土改良、螺机防喷涌等方面进行研究,总结出都江堰地区大粒径富水卵石、漂石土地层大直径土压盾构掘进关键技术,为后续工程在此类地层施工提供了借鉴依据。

Abstract:In order to solve the engineering problems such as the serious wear of the cutter head, the cutter head jammed, the surface collapse and the muck gushing for the large-diameter earth pressure shield under the conditions of large-particle water-rich pebble-boulder soil stratum, combined with the construction situation of the shield tunneling project between Yongfeng Station and Puyang Station in Dusi Mountain Rail Transit Project DSZQ-1, the research is carried out from the aspects of shield selection and design, advanced geological early warning treatment, tunneling parameter selection, muck improvement and screw anti-surge. The key technology of large-diameter earth pressure shield tunneling in Dujiangyan Area with large-particle water-rich pebbles and boulder soil stratum is summarized, which provides a reference basis for the construction of subsequent construction in such stratum.
