青岛市某全地下污水泵站设计要点

摘    要:如果沿海城市新建污水泵站的设计出现规划资料缺乏、用地紧张、周边环境要求高的情况,应该如何确定新建污水泵站的设计规模、设计扬程,是否增加预处理设施注高程单位为设备选型等这些都是技术的焦点问题。以山东省青岛市高新区某处新建污水泵站为例,该污水泵站采用全地下污水泵站,设计规模为8万m3/d,设计扬程为17 m,工艺流程为预处理+提升设施,干式设备注意除湿设计。通过对该沿海地区现状已有污水泵站的运行情况和新建污水泵站重点设计思路的说明,总结出沿海城市污水泵站的设计注意要点,为沿海地区新建污水泵站的设计与改造提供借鉴。

Abstract:It is the technical focus on how to determine the design scale and design head, and whether or not to add the pretreatment facilities and to select the equipment types if the design of new sewage pumping stations in coastal cities is faced with a lack of planning data, tight land use and high environmental requirements. Taking a newly built sewage pumping station in the High-tech Zone of Qingdao City in Shandong Province as an example, this sewage pumping station is a fully underground sewage pumping station with the design scale of 80 000 m3/d and the design head of 17 m. The technological process is the pre-treatment + lifting facilities. The attention is paid to dehumidification design of dry equipment. By explaining the operation status of the existing sewage pumping stations in the coastal area and the key design ideas of new sewage pumping stations, the design considerations for sewage pumping stations in coastal cities are summarized, which provides the reference for the design and renovation of new sewage pumping stations in coastal areas.
