| 摘 要： | 该文在借鉴国内外运行速度研究成果的基础上,系统分析了《公路项目安全性评价指南》与《双车道公路路线运行速度设计方法》中运行速度测算方法的优缺点,提出了新的运行速度测算方法(流程);并在江西省宜春至安福二级公路进行了实际验证与工程应用。该方法为双车道公路的运行速度测算开辟了一个新的途径,为其他类似项目的安全评价提供了借鉴作用。

| Abstract: | The article systematically analyzes he advantages and disadvantages of the operation speed estimation method in A Guide to Security Estimation of Highway Project and Double-lane Highway Line Operation Speed Design Method,puts forward the new operation speed estimation method(flow),and describes the practical validation and engineering application in Yichun of Jiangxi Province-Anfu Class II Highway.This method opens up a new way for the operation speed estimation of double-lane highway,which provides the reference for the security estimation of the other similar projects. |
