洞庭湖大桥LZDJG5000缆载起重机安装工艺研究

摘    要:杭瑞高速洞庭湖大桥位于长江水道之上,桥梁设计为双塔双跨钢桁架梁悬索桥,主桥跨径组合为:460 m+1 480 m+491 m。主桥为钢桁梁结构,钢桁梁的吊装采用缆索起重机施工。受限于现场通航及塔机起重能力,缆索起重机在现场安装困难,故需研究缆载吊机在桥梁主缆索上的散拼安装工艺方案。介绍了LZDJG5000缆载起重机结构的安装思路、重难点以及在施工现场的安装工艺、步骤方案,为类似项目提供借鉴。

Abstract:Dongting Lake Bridge in Hangzhou - Ruili Expressway is located on the water channel of Yangtze River. The bridge is designed as a double-pylon double-span steel truss girder suspension bridge. The span combination of the main bridge is 460 m+1 480 m+491 m. The main bridge is a steel truss girder structure. The cable crane is used to hoist the steel truss girder. Limited by the field navigation and the hoisting capacity of tower crane, the cable crane is difficult to install on site. Therefore, it is necessary to study the loose assembly installation process scheme of the cable crane on the main cable of the bridge. The installation ideas, essentials, difficulties, installation process and step scheme of LZDJG5000 cable crane in the construction site are introduced, which provides a reference for the similar projects.
