摘    要:目前多数的城市桥梁建造时间不长,桥梁自身技术状况较好,但也存在与城市更新规划有所冲突或者不满足当前状况下的使用的情况。相对于拆除重建,采用顶升平移改造技术,不仅不会产生建筑垃圾,而且能提高资源利用率,节省建造费用,对周边交通、环境影响较小,具有更好的社会效应和经济效应。依托宁波鄞州大道-福庆路快速路一期工程Ⅳ标段(东钱湖段)快速路工程中的鄞县大道跨线桥平移顶升改造工程,对桥梁平移新型摩擦界面技术进行重点研究。在鄞县大道跨线桥平移顶升改造过程中,改造桥梁单幅主桥重量4 533.2 t,平移时仅使用24.8 t顶推力将桥梁平移2 m到达设计位置,使用该新型摩擦界面使摩擦系数降为0.005 4,证实了该新型摩擦界面在桥梁平移施工中的可靠性,具有既有桥梁再利用、避免拆除重建、减少碳排量等多处优点。

Abstract:At present, most of the urban bridges are not built very long, and the technical status of the bridges is good. But there are the conflicts with the urban renewal planning or the using situations not to meet the current conditions. Compared with the demolition and reconstruction, the jacking and translation reconstruction technology not only does not produce the construction waste, but also can improve the utilization rate of resources, save the construction costs, has little influence on the surrounding traffic and environment, and has the better social effect and economic effect. Relying on the translation jacking reconstruction project of Yinxian Avenue Overpass Bridge in IV Section (Dongqian Lake Section) Expressway Project in Ningbo Yinzhou Avenue - Fuqing Road Expressway Phase I Project, the new friction interface technology of bridge translation is specially studied. In the translational jacking reconstruction process of Yinxian Avenue Overpass Bridge, the weight of the single-width main bridge is 4 533.2 tons in the bridge reconstruction. Only 24.8-t jacking thrust is used to translate the bridge by 2 meters to the design position. The friction coefficient is reduced to 0.005 4 by using the new friction interface, which proves the reliability of the new friction interface in bridge translation construction, and has many advantages of reusing the existing bridges, avoiding the demolition and reconstruction, and reducing the carbon emission.
