摘    要:以宁波市某污水干管工程中压力顶管段工程为例,从工艺设计和结构设计两方面,详细阐述离心浇铸玻璃纤维增强塑料顶管的压力顶管的相关计算。玻璃钢顶管是一种化学复合管材,力学性能的可设计性强。工艺设计确定的公称压力、允许顶力、环刚度等管道主要参数宜与市场主流管道厂家进一步确认。宜对最不利段管道进行强度验算、变形验算、抗震验算等结构设计,确保管道结构的安全可靠。

Abstract:Taking the pressure pipe jacking project of a trunk sewage pipe project in Ningbo as an example, the relevant calculation of pressure pipe jacking of centrifugal casting glass fiber reinforced plastic pipes is systematically expounded from the aspects of process design and structural design. The glass fiber reinforced plastic jacking pipe is a kind of chemical composite pipe with the strong designability of mechanical properties. The main parameters of the pipe such as the nominal pressure, allowable jacking force and ring stiffness determined in the process design should be further confirmed with the main pipeline manufacturers in the market. The most unfavorable section of the pipeline should be checked for strength, deformation, anti-seismic and other structural design to ensure the safety and reliability of the pipeline structure, which can provide reference for the application of other pressure jacking pipe projects of centrifugal casting glass-fiber reinforced plastic pipes.
