土压平衡盾构穿越复杂建构筑物施工技术

摘    要:近年来,我国城市轨道交通建设项目日益增多,城区复杂环境下的地铁施工项目更为常见,越来越频繁出现极近距离穿越建构筑物项目,工况愈加复杂,对盾构施工工艺提出更加精细化要求,以上海轨道交通14号线9标静安寺站~黄陂南路站区间隧道盾构推进施工为例,分析施工过程中关键施工工艺,为类似极限、复杂工况下的盾构穿越施工项目提供借鉴和参考。

Abstract:In recent years, the number of urban rail transit construction projects in China is increasing, and the subway construction projects in the complex urban environment are more common. More and more projects crossing buildings and structures in very short distance are frequently seen. The construction conditions are becoming more complex, which puts forward more refined requirements for the shield construction technology. Taking the shield tunneling construction of the Jingan Temple Station - South Huangpi Road Station in Bid 9 of Shanghai Metro Line 14 as an example, the key construction technologies in the construction process are analyzed, which provides the reference for shield tunneling construction projects under similar extreme and complex construction conditions.
