斜拉桥桥塔竖转工艺拉索受力性能研究

摘    要:为减少高空作业风险,保证焊接质量,提高安装精度,加快施工进度,钢主塔采用工厂制作、现场横卧拼装、钢主塔竖向转体的施工工艺.具有安全、可靠、经济、工期短等优点.通过施工实例,主要介绍了竖转结构施工步骤、受力特性、对拉索进行了有限元仿真分析等关键技术,为类似施工提供一些借鉴与参考.

Abstract:In order to reduce the risk of high-altitude operation, ensure the welding quality, improve the installation accuracy and speed up the construction progress, the construction technologies of factory manufacture, horizontal assembly on site and vertical rotation are adopted for the steel main pylon, which have the advantages of safety, reliability, economy and short construction period. Through a construction example, the construction steps and mechanical properties of vertical rotation structure, the finite element simulation analysis of the stayed cable and other key technologies are mainly introduced, which provide some reference for the similar constructions.
