摘    要:结合盐城市重大民生工程-盐城新水源地及引水工程,研究了DN2600平行顶管穿越高速的顶管套管设置、管顶覆土厚度、顶管壁厚、顶管水平间距及顶管施工纵向最小间距设计参数.并对平行顶管下穿高速公路引起的路面沉降进行理论与实测研究,结合工程实际对大口径平行顶管施工引起的地面变形机理及变形原因进行分析.为大口径平行顶管穿越高等级道路工程设计提供参考.

Abstract:Combined with Yancheng Major Livelihood Project - Yancheng New Water Sources and Diversion Project, the casing pipe setup, soil covering thickness, wall thickness and horizontal spacing of DN2600 parallel jacking pipe crossing expressway, and the minimum longitudinal spacing design parameters of pipe jacking construction are studied. The theoretical and actual measuring study on the pavement settlement caused by the parallel pipe jacking crossing under expressway is carried out. Combined with the engineering practice, the ground deformation mechanism and deformation causes caused by the large caliber parallel pipe jacking construction are analyzed, which can be referred for the design of the projects of large caliber parallel pipe jacking crossing the high-grade roads.
