Priority Order of Construction Project of Urban Road Engineering

Entering the 21 th century,Tianjing City will continuously make great efforts for perfecting the planned trunk road network.In order that the construction plan of the project becomes more scientism,the paper analyzes the various factors which affect the order of road engineering construction projects so as to combine the quality determination with the quantity determination.On this basis it puts forward the suggestion of the implementation plan of road construction projects in 2000~2005 and 2006~2010.introduces how to apply the network technology in road construction and management.
