Abstract:The article introduces the design of Punan Canal Bridge in Fenggan Highway of Shanghai.Punan Canal Bridge in Fenggan Highway is a continuous span(25+40+25)m combined steel truss bridge.The main truss is the triangle section composed of round steel pipe and section steel,4 trusses in all.The upper boom is connected with the concrete deck by the welding studs,the steel crossbeam is used to connect the upper booms,and the lower boom is changed on the vertical curve,the diagonal web member is used to connect the upper boom with the lower boom.The bridge deck is 30.6 m wide.The middle pier of the bridge is used by V-pier,and the side pier is used by pile-type pier.The pile foundation is used by Φ800 mm cast-in-situ piles.
