地铁盾构进洞整体接收装置变形验算及压力试验研究

摘    要:针对当前地铁盾构进洞遇到的复杂施工环境,设计了一种新型地铁盾构进洞整体接收装置。为保证盾构进洞整体接收装置在实际盾构进洞工程施工安全,该文通过数值计算和工程现场压力试验对盾构进洞整体接收装置进行了验证研究。研究结果表明,地铁盾构进洞整体接收装置设计满足杭州地铁2号线钱江世纪城-钱江路站区间江南风井盾构进洞工程施工要求。

Study on Deformation Checking Computation and Pressure Test of Integral Acceptance Device for Metro Shield Tunneling

Abstract:Aiming at the complex construction environment met by the metro shield tunneling now,a new integral acceptance device of metro shield device is designed.In order to guarantee the security of its integral acceptance device in the practical shield tunneling engineering construction,the article validates and studies the integral acceptance device of shield tunneling by the numerical computation and the engineering filed pressure test.The study result shows that the design of integral acceptance device of metro shield tunneling can satisfy the engineering construction requirements of the shield tunneling into Jiangnan Air Shaft between Qianjiang Century City Station ~ Qianjiang Road Station in Hangzhou Metro No.2 Line.
