浅谈城市道路改、扩建工程交通组织方案的选定

城市化发展离不开道路建设,而在现有的道路规模满足不了交通通行流量的要求的情况下就必须对原有道路进行改、扩建。由于交通流量需要及土地资源有限,部分道路改、扩建需建成高架与地面道路组成的立体式道路,以满足车流的通行需求。由于改、扩建工程是在原有道路的规模上进行拓展,所涉及的内容较复杂,主要的矛盾集中在动拆迁、管线搬迁、交通组织这三个方面。该文结合实际案例,着重探讨交通组织方案的制定过程,可供今后遇到相类似问题的同行加以借鉴。

Elementary Discussion on Selection of Traffic Organization Schemes for Urban Road Reconstruction and Extension Projects

The urbanization development is inseparable from the road construction, but it must be to reconstruct and extend the original roads if the existing road scale can not satisfy the demands of traffic volume. The partial roads are required to reconstruct and extend into the elevated roads due to the traffic volume demand and the limited land resource, and are composed into the viaduct with the ground roads in order to satisfy the traffic demand of vehicles. The reconstruction and extension projects have to be developed on the scale of the original roads, and the involved contents are more complex. The main contradictions are focused on three aspects of demolition relocation, pipeline removal and traffic organization. The article mainly discusses the working-out process of traffic organization scheme according to the practical cases, which can be referred for the similar projects.
