现浇箱梁横梁计算分析研究

摘    要:对现浇箱梁的安全验算,主要包括主梁和横梁两部分内容。当然,最精确的计算方法是空间有限元实体单元计算方法。但对桥梁设计人员而言,空间有限元实体单元计算方法费时又费力,往往计算效率很差。将现浇箱梁分为主梁和横梁两个部分计算,即:将空间三维物体简化为平面二维物体,然后用平面杆系分别计算纵向主梁和横向横梁。但是,对于横梁计算,计算参数(主梁传递的剪力分布等)的取值不同,配筋结果往往有很大出入。通过工程实例深入研究了横梁的受力特性(ANSYS空间实体单元),并且根据横梁受力特性选定了最为稳妥的横梁简化计算方法。

Abstract:The safe checking computation of the cast-in-situ box beam mainly includes two parts of the main beam and the crossbeam.The most accurate computation method is certainly the spatial finite element solid element calculation method.However,this method is waste time and waste energy for the bridge designers,and also the calculation efficiency is worse.The cast-in-situ box beam is calculated by two parts of the main beam and the crossbeam,that is,the spatial three-dimensional object is predigested to the plane two-dimensional object,and then the plane member system is used separately to calculate the longitudinal main beam and the transverse crossbeam.However,if the calculation parameter of the crossbeam is different(the transferring shearing force distribution of the main beam),the reinforcement result will be greatly different.The article deeply studies the stress characteristic of the crossbeam(ANSYS spatial solid element) by the engineering cases,and selects the most suitable crossbeam simplifying calculation method based on the crossbeam stress.
