摘    要:随着交通量和重型车辆的增多,许多水泥混凝土桥面铺装层都出现了不同程度的损坏。桥面铺装层的早期破损已经成为影响桥梁通行功能和诱发交通事故的一大病害。水泥混凝土桥面沥青铺装层病害调查表明,粘结层剪切破坏是桥面铺装的主要破坏类型之一,也是桥面铺装所特有的破坏类型。该文提出了以铺装层与水泥混凝土层间剪应力、铺装层表面拉应力作为关键指标的混凝土桥面沥青铺装层结构设计方法;并推荐适宜的沥青铺装厚度为6~10 cm。

Abstract:With the increment of traffic volume and heavy vehicle, many cement concrete deck paving layers are damaged to the various extents. The early damage of deck paving layer has become a great fault to affect the traffic function and to cause the traffic accidents of bridge. The fault investigation of cement concrete deck asphalt paving layer shows that the shear damage of bonding layer is one of the main damages for the deck pavement, and is also the particular damage type of the deck pavement. The article puts forward the design method of concrete deck asphalt pavement structure by taking the shear stress between the paving layer and the cement concrete layer, and the surface tensile stress of paving stress as the key indexes, and recommends that the suitable asphalt paving thickness is 6~10 cm.
