基于雨、污水资源化的新建城镇排水工程规划

摘    要:阐述三门县工业新城排水规划:近期通过改建用于农业灌溉的水库水作为生活及工业用水水源,利用河道蓄水解决农业灌溉、道路浇洒、绿化及部分工业用水;远期新城进一步发展后,预留污水回用通道补充水源不足的可能性。通过该规划思路,有效合理地将开辟新水源、城市排水排涝、城市排污结合在一起。

Abstract:The paper states the drainage planning of industrial new town of Sanmen County: in the near future it takes the reservoir water rebuilt for agriculture irrigation as the water resources for living and industry, to solve water for agriculture irrigation, road sprinkle, green and a part of industries by using the river course for storing water; in the long term after further development of the new city, it will have possibility of adding water recourse by pre-reserving reuse passage for sewage. Through this planning thinking will effectively and reasonably combine the opening of the new water resource with urban drainage and water-logging as well the urban blowdown.
