| 摘 要： | 黄河兰州市区 4 5km河段经过建国以来五十多年的规划建设 ,已经建成了能够防御黄河百年一遇流量 6 50 0m3 /s洪水的河堤 4 5.4km ,黄河 4 0km风情线已初具规模 ,在黄河两岸沿滨河绿带建设成了开放式大型带状公园 ,逐步提高了兰州市的综合防洪能力

| Abstract: | On 45km sector of the Yellow River in Lanzhou urban central district there has been built a 45.4km river embankment which can protect the Yellow River from occurrence once for 100 years with a flood flow of 6500m3/s after planning and building for more 50 years since the founding of China. The flood situation line with 40km of the Yellow River has begun to take shape. The open type large belt park has been built along Binhe green belt on two banks of the Yellow River so as to gradually improve the comprehensive flood-control in Lanzhou City. |
