城市居住区内道路设计与停车位的处理

随着经济的逐年发展,我国已经开始全面进入汽车时代。家庭汽车拥有量近年来迅猛上升,而随之带来的居住小区内停车位紧张问题也日渐凸显。现有的居住区建设中,一般开发商对停车位配比率的超前量设计认识不足,往往几年不到就出现停车位紧张问题。而在实际的工程设计流程中,居住区内市政道路设计往往在建筑施工开始后才介入,这就给市政道路设计带来一个新的要求,如何最大限度地利用现有用地资源,在设计阶段对居住区内路网进行优化设计处理,预留好车辆停放及转寰的余地。该文就此,提出若干增加居住区停车位的方法,可供同行参考。
