橡胶微膨胀混凝土抗压和抗折强度试验研究

摘    要:为研究膨胀剂与橡胶颗粒对混凝土抗压强度与抗折强度的影响,研究了在混凝土中掺入不同种类及不同掺量的膨胀剂和不同比例的橡胶颗粒的力学性能。试验结果表明,在混凝土中加入膨胀剂能提高混凝土的抗压强度,抗折强度,弥补了橡胶加入后混凝土强度的部分减少量,其中膨胀剂掺量为10%,橡胶掺量为6%时,两者复掺的性能优于其他掺量的混凝土试件,CSA膨胀剂的掺加对混凝土试件强度的提高要优于CHA膨胀剂。

Abstract:In order to study the influence of expansive agent and rubber particles on the compressive strength and flexural strength of concrete, the mechanical properties of concrete mixed with the different kinds and amounts of expansive agent and the different proportions of rubber particles are studied. The test results show that the compressive strength and flexural strength of concrete can be improved by adding the expansion agent into the concrete, which makes up for the partial reduction of the strength of concrete after adding rubber. When the content of expansion agent is 10% and the content of rubber is 6%, the mixed performance of the two is better than that of other concrete specimen. The strength of concrete specimen is improved by adding CSA expansion agent better than that of CHA expansion agent.
