倒砌井受力理论分析与验证

摘    要:以宜兴市农村污水改造工程设计的倒砌井为例,重点阐明圆形倒砌井的设计思路和设计理念、基坑高度适用原则,并推导出了适合圆形井的Von-Mises公式。运用该公式得出的解析解与用有限元软件得出的计算结果相近,对比误差在5%以内,可提供给工程技术人员对圆形井进行应力分析。

Abstract:Taking an inverted well designed for Yixing City Rural Sewage Reconstruction Project as an example, the design idea of inverted well, the design concept of circular inverted well structure and the applicable principle of foundation pit height are specially expounded. The Von-Mises formula suitable for a circular well is derived. The analytical solution obtained by the formula is similar to the calculation result obtained by the finite element software. The comparison error is within 5%. This deduced formula can be used by the engineering technicians to analyze the stress of circular well.
