摘    要:为进一步改善超宽桥面现浇混凝土平整度,提升桥面行车舒适性,全面调查了超宽桥面现浇混凝土平整度施工工艺、相关规范和实体工程,系统对比了振动梁整平机配合抹面设备、三辊轴整平机配合抹面设备、悬架式整平机配合抹面设备和四机联动4种超宽桥面现浇混凝土平整度施工工艺.结果 表明,悬架式整平机配合座驾式抹面设备和四机联动的平整度施工效果优于振动梁整平机配合抹面设备、三辊轴整平机配合抹面设备,且施工工序简便,可降低人为因素的影响.最终推荐采用悬架式整平机配合座驾式抹面设备和四机联动施工方式.

Abstract:In order to further improve the flatness of cast-in-situ concrete of ultra-wide bridge deck and enhance the driving comfort of bridge deck, the flatness construction technology, relevant specifications and physical projects of cast-in-situ concrete for super-wide bridge deck are investigated comprehensively. Four kinds of flatness construction technology of cast-in-situ concrete for ultra-wide bridge deck are systematically compared, namely, vibrating beam leveler with plastering equipment, three-roll shaft leveler with plastering equipment, suspension leveler with plastering equipment and four-machine linkage. The results show that the flatness construction effects of suspension leveler with plastering equipment and four-machine linkage are better than that of vibration beam leveler with plastering equipment and three-roll shaft leveler with plastering equipment. These construction processes are simple and can reduce the influences of human factors. Finally, the suspension leveler with seat-mounted plastering equipment and four-machine linkage construction method are recommended.
