摘    要:目前国内大多数钢箱梁结构的柔性铺装在使用过程中均出现了铺装层开裂、脱粘、车辙、坑槽等病害,且正交异性钢桥面出现了包括纵肋-面板连接处疲劳开裂、纵肋-横隔板连接处疲劳开裂、横隔板弧形切口处疲劳开裂、纵肋拼接焊缝处疲劳开裂等病害.为避免这些病害情况的产生,采用了钢-超高韧性混凝土(STC)轻型组合桥面铺装型式.

Abstract:At present, there are the paving layer cracking, debinding, track, pit slot and other disease in the use process of the flexible pavement of the most steel box girder structures in China. And the orthotropic steel bridge deck is cracked including the fatigue cracking at the connection of longitudinal rib and deck slab, the fatigue cracking at the connection of longitudinal rib and transverse diaphragm, the fatigue cracking at the arc-shaped cut of transverse diaphragm and the fatigue cracking at the longitudinal rib splicing welding line. In order to avoid the occurrence of these diseases, the steel-ultrahigh toughness concrete (STC) light composite deck pavement pattern is used.
