摘    要:为建设城市轨道交通三线换乘重要节点的黄木岗综合交通枢纽,改善交通出行结构,促进城市更新,需拆除原黄木岗五岔路口四层立交桥.采用常规施工方法将长时间影响立交周边交通,对居民出行及社会效益造成不可估量的影响,根据实际情况,采用春节封路拆桥方案,研究了利用无损性切割技术的模块车支顶切割直接驮运、模块车支顶切割吊运、满堂支架支顶切割吊运等三种工法相结合的实施方案,仅用9d就快速、安全、环保地拆除长1 544 m立交桥梁,为后续城市拆桥工程提供相关经验.

Abstract:To build Huangmugang Comprehensive Transportation Hub for the significant interchange node of three lines in urban mass transit, the traffic travel structures are improved, the urban renewal is promoted and the existing 4-layer interchange at the five forks of Huangmugang should be demolished. The used traditional construction method will influence the surrounding traffic of interchange for a long time, which has the immeasurable impact on the resident travel and social benefit. According the actual situation, the scheme of road closure and bridge demolition is adopted in spring festival. The implementation of the combination of three construction methods of modular car support cutting straight lightering, modular car support cutting hoisting and full framing support cutting hoisting of the nondestructive cutting technology is studied. The 1 544-m long interchange is dismantled quickly, safely and environmentally in only 9 days, which provides the relevant experience for the follow-up demolition of urban bridge projects.
