摘    要:浑南大道快速路为沈阳市二环南移一期工程,是沈阳市“环形+放射”快速路网的重要组成部分.通过分析沈阳市快速路总体规划、项目建设条件,从项目背景及概况、主要技术标准、总体方案、桥梁和隧道工程等方面对浑南大道快速路工程的设计作了全面阐述.总体设计方案显示,浑南大道快速路与周边已建成的快速路可初步形成快速路网体系,支撑城市功能向外疏解,有效改善城市中心区的交通拥堵.

Abstract:Hunnan Avenue Expressway is the Shenyang Ring II South Shifting Phase I Project, and is an important part in the "ring + radiation" expressway networks of Shenyang. By analyzing the overall planning and project construction conditions of expressways in Shenyang, the design of Hunnan Avenue Expressway Project is completely set forth from the aspects of project background and general situation, main technical standards, overall scheme, bridge and tunnel engineering. The overall design scheme shows that Hunnan Avenue Expressway and the surrounding built expressways can initially form the expressway network system, which can support the outward distribution of urban functions and effectively improve the traffic congestion of urban central area.
