南浦大桥W3匝道改造工程对下穿地铁运行影响研究

摘    要:南浦大桥W3匝道改造工程所在路段下穿地铁4#线,需消除匝道新建桥台处新增匝道填土及挡墙荷载对于地铁4#线的影响以确保地铁正常运营和结构主体安全。在施工改造方案中采用新建挡土墙段下地基采用超挖原状土换填轻质的泡沫混凝土,同时新建挡墙内填筑泡沫混凝土,超挖换填深度等工程措施。通过对挡墙沉降观测数据进行分析,结果表明南浦大桥W3匝道改造工程挡墙段施工改造不会影响对地铁安全运营,同时可避免了桥台与道路连接段的跳车现象。

Abstract:The road section where Nanpu Bridge W3 Ramp Reconstruction Project is located will underpass Metro Line 4,which is required to eliminate the influence of the ramp filling and retaining wall load newly added at the newly built abutment of ramp on Metro Line 4 in order to ensure the normal operation of metro and the safety of main structure.In the reconstruction scheme,the method of replacing the undisturbed soil with lightweight foam concrete at the subgrade under the section of newly built retaining wall is adopted,and the engineering measures of filling the foam concrete in the newly built retaining wall and over-excavating and replacing filling depth are also taken.By the analysis on the settlement observation data of retaining wall,the result shows that the reconstruction of retaining wall of Nanpu Bridge W3 Ramp Reconstruction Project will not affect the safe operation of metro,and can also avoid the bumps at the connection section of abutment and road.
