小曲率半径隧道盾构推进的轴线控制

摘    要:盾构沿小半径曲线掘进,难度最大的问题是隧道轴线控制。该文通过小半径曲线隧道盾构掘进土压的分析,采取小半径曲线隧道盾构掘进措施,提高了小曲率半径盾构隧道施工质量。其重要途径是采用铰接盾构;勤测勤纠;合理控制盾构推进参数。

Abstract:The shield is driving along small-radius axis.The maximum difficulty is to control the tunnel axis.The article analyzes the earth pressure of shield driving in the small-radius axis tunnel,takes the shield driving measures in the small-radius axis tunnel,and enhances the tunnel construction quality of small curvature radius shield.Its important way is to use hinged shield,to measure and modify regularly,and to control the shield driving parameters reasonably.
