| Abstract: | The article briefly introduces the water resource development and utilization sustainable development strategy since 200 years and more of USA California and its achieved successful experi- ence,and at same time,analyzes the present situation and the existing problems of the water re- source development and utilization in Wuhan City,and combined with the practical conditions of Wuhan City,puts forward several suggestions to do the“water works”well during“the Eleventh Five-year Plan”in Wuhan City. |
