城市老城区防洪设施的建设与维护

城市防洪设施主要有河堤、泄洪闸、防洪渠、雨水泵站、雨水管道、雨水检查井等。主要任务是:一.防止江、河水流在汛期受上游来水影响,下泄缓慢,发生漫过或冲破河堤进入城市,对城市人民生活和财产造成损失。二.防止城市暴雨过后由于强降水或连续性降水超过城市排水能力,致使城市内产生积水灾害的现象,同样会对城市人民生活和财产造成损失。该文分析了老城区防洪设施建设与维护中存在的问题,并提出解决问题的若干方法。
