| 摘 要： | 该文针对城市积水问题,提出了基于模型的应急排水措施制定方法,为有效准确地制定城市积水应急预案提供了基础。该方法主要包括:建立城市雨水系统模型、选定降雨进行积水预测分析、确定积水排除出路、分析积水排除设施和评估积水排除效果。最后,以奥运中心区为案例进行了具体分析。
