横隔板间距对钢箱梁扭转畸变的影响分析

摘    要:以湖北鄂东长江公路大桥为工程背景,采用ANSYS建立5段标准钢箱梁节段精细有限元模型,分析了6种横隔板间距对钢箱梁受到偏心荷载作用时的扭转畸变正应力空间分布的影响。计算分析发现,横隔板的设置可以有效抑制箱梁的翘曲、畸变效应,对本项目标准钢箱梁节段设置3道横隔板时即可将扭转畸变效应控制在较小范围内。

Abstract:Taking Longgong River Bridge in Jining City of Shandong Province as the research object, firstly, with the help of a professional software Midas/Civil, the integral beam element model is established to determine the internal force value of the steel-concrete joint area. Then, based on the finite element software ABAQUS, the three-dimensional solid model of steel-concrete joint section is established to carry out the refined analysis, and to clarify the stress field distribution of steel box girder and concrete beam in this section. The research shows that the stiffness transition of the steel-concrete composite section of the main beam of the bridge is smooth, the force transmission mechanism is reasonable, and the safety reserve is good, which can meet the stress needs of the bridge and ensure the structural safety of the cable-stayed bridge.
