莫桑比克马普托大桥钢桥面铺装用地材匹配性研究

摘    要:针对莫桑比克马普托大桥钢桥面铺装所用集料和矿粉地材,首先采用NIKON LV100POL型偏反光显微镜对集料和矿粉进行矿质含量和岩性鉴定,并通过SiO2含量检验其酸碱性;其次按照国内规范对集料和矿粉规格与基本性能进行检测分析,并进行SMA10和GA10沥青混合料的配合比设计与性能验证。结果表明,马普托大桥区位产的集料为(杏仁状)含铁质辉石玄武岩;集料和矿粉呈碱性且规格与各项指标均符合钢桥面铺装要求;通过配合比设计得到的沥青混合料可直接用于铺装施工。

Abstract:According to upper load and deformation control requirements between the metro shields, a shallow treatment scheme of soft foundation for fill road above shield is proposed. Combined with the mechanics principle of the scheme, the relevant calculation formulas are derived. In order to further study the deformation and stress characteristics of soil and shield structure caused by the subgrade treatment and construction, based on the construction of an urban road project above Hangzhou Metro Line 5, the soft foundation treatment and construction process of the road above shield are analyzed by numerical simulation. The analysis results are compared with the calculated data derived from the formula. The correctness of the calculation method is verified. The research results can provide reference for the design of similar projects.
