小净空、上软下硬地层盾构始发技术研究

摘    要:依托某地铁区间盾构机分体始发工艺,对盾构分体始发技术进行研究.由于该区间始发空间狭小,只能选择四次分体始发工艺展开盾构施工.工作井作为该区间盾构施工的唯一始发井,设计长度为18 m,且邻近山体,作业空间有限,场地无法满足常规盾构整体始发条件要求,需采取分体始发工艺.通过实践证明,盾构分体始发技术可以解决"小净空、上软下...

Abstract:Based on the subway tunnel example, we research the construction method named separated-starting-tunneling.In order to surmounting the limited headroom for starting tunneling, we started the shield machine four times by Separated-Starting-Tunneling.The shaft which near the hill is only 18 meters long, It''s not contented for shield machine by normal workmanship . In practice, we can work it out by Separated-Starting-Tunneling. Optimizating the drawing and decreasing of engineering land is useful for subway construction. Separated-Starting-Tunneling is beneficial to surmount the limited headroom and uneven ground layers. It''s also a supplement to shield construction technology. Obviously,Studying the construction method has important reference significance for shield construction of urban tunnel engineering.
