| 摘 要： | 全国大城市在新一轮快速路建设高潮中开展快速路的规划、设计与建设,"和谐社会"、"公交优先、"以人为本"、这是对快速路设计的要求,从二十世纪大城市建设快速路历程的回眸,总结了京、津、沪三大直辖市的经验与教训;重点介绍了本世纪三大直辖市城市快速路建设的发展以及2009年10月颁布的《城市快速路设计规程》的主要内容,最后提出了城市快速路建设几点展望,可供相关专业人员参考。
