| 摘 要： | 该文结合兰州交通大学土木工程学院2011届大学毕业生的就业情况问卷调查,从工科大学毕业生的特点、现实情况、就业难的原因等方面出发,围绕着土木类大学生的培养目标、就业指导体系的建立、教育教学方法的创新等与毕业生成长成才密切相关的内容,对提升西部高校工科学校毕业生就业质量的问题进行了分析研究,并提出解决问题的建议。
