骨架抗裂型水泥稳定碎石在吴江市政工程的首次应用

水泥稳定碎石因其优良的路用性能广泛用于高等级公路及干线公路。是根据水泥、碎石、砂、和水按照一定比例进行配置的路面结构层承重结构,它具有强度高、水稳定性好的优点,由于水泥稳定碎石半刚性基层先天性干缩裂缝导致沥青混凝土面层反射裂缝,影响路面使用性能。国内外关于水稳半刚性基层抗裂及防止反射裂缝研究较多,成果颇丰。介绍了骨架密实型抗裂水稳设计及应用,有关经验可供相关专业人员参考。

First Application of Frame Anti-cracking Cement Stabilized Aggregate in Wujiang Municipal Engineering

The cement stabilized aggregate is widely used in the high-class highways and the trunk highways because of its good using properties.It is the load bearing structure of the pavement structural layer determined according to some proportion of cement,broken stone,sand and water.It has the advantages of high strength and good water stability.The reflective crack of asphalt concrete pavement led by the congenital dry shrinkage crack of the semi-rigid base of cement stabilized aggregate will affect the using performance of pavement.There are more studying results of the anti-cracking and anti-reflective crack of water stabilized semi-rigid base at home and abroad.The article introduces the design and application of frame-dense anti-cracking water stabilization to be referred for the relative professional members.
