罩棚门式刚架钢锚箱受力性能分析

摘    要:天津京津塘高速公路机场收费站罩棚结构形式为带水平拉索的钢箱截面拱形两铰门式刚架,其中拉索锚固采用了钢锚箱的形式。钢锚箱式锚固形式构造复杂,受力集中,是控制设计的关键部位。针对钢锚箱的布置方式,提出了两种布置方案;对两种布置方案进行了有限元局部受力分析,并对分析结果进行对比;根据对比结果对钢锚箱布置形式进行了选择。

Abstract:The shed structural type of Tianjin Jingjintang Expressway Airport Toll Station is the steel box sectional arched portal frame with the horizontal cables,in which the cable anchorage is the type of steel anchored box.The anchorage structure of steel anchored box is complicated and the stress is centralized,which are the key parts to control the design.As for the layout of steel anchored box,the article puts forward two layout schemes,analyzes the local stress of the finite element of two layout schemes,compares the analyzing results,and selects the layout type of steel anchored box according to the results.
