Field Inspection and Method Exploration of Concrete Structure of Taipu Gate

The field inspection is an important composed part to appraise the safety of the water gate. The inspection of the concrete structure is also a key in it. At present, the different quarters more and more attach importance to the inspection of the internal and underwater part defects of the concrete structure. This article discusses the inspection method, especially the inspection means of the concrete internal and underwater parts through the introduction of the field inspection examples of the concrete structures of Taipu Gate Project. Some worth experience can be provided to the implementation of the similar projects in the future.
