大掺量矿物外加剂引气混凝土耐久性研究

摘    要:该文通过混凝土电量法、收缩试验、滚珠轴承耐磨度试验分析了大掺量矿物外加剂对引气道路混凝土耐久性的影响。结果表明:掺入50%矿渣,可以提高引气道路混凝土抗氯离子渗透性,减小混凝土收缩,但对耐磨度无明显改善作用;掺入30%粉煤灰,引气道路混凝土早期耐磨度低于基准混凝土,但后期有较大增长,而且可以提高抗氯离子渗透性和减少混凝土收缩;掺入10%硅灰,能提高引气道路混凝土抗氯离子渗透性和耐磨度,减少混凝土的收缩。

Abstract:The effects of high-blending of mineral admixtures on air-entrained concrete durability are analyzed through concrete coulometric method,shrinkage test and ball bearing wear-resistance test.The test result shows that to mix into 50% slag can improve the resisting chloride ion permeability of air-entrained road concrete,reduce the concrete shrinkage,but has not obviously improving action on the wear-resistance,and if to mix into 30% fly-ash,the early wear-resistance of air-entrained road concrete is lower th...
