| 摘 要： | 结合大多数客车企业的实际调研情况，提出对同一车型平台的不同车辆采用模块化设计和制造的方法。结果表明，采用此方法使得整车研发成本大大降低，同时使得生产物流畅通、高效。

| Abstract: | According to the actual situation of main bus enterprises,the author puts forward the modular design and manufacture method for the same platforms of different vehicles.The results show that the development cost is reduced greatly and the production logistics flowis efficient by using this method. |
