摘    要:提出针对FSC赛车轻量化研究的四种方法:材料轻量化、结构轻量化、制造轻量化和功能轻量化;介绍轻量化设计原则、功能轻量化方法、材料的强度属性和刚度属性、结构优化的方法、零部件的加工工艺和连接技术,并将这些方法应用于赛车设计的工程实际。实践结果表明,多种轻量化方法联合应用的减重效果比单个轻量化方法应用减重效果好。

Abstract:The four ways research for FSC race lightweight are put forward in this paper, including materials lightweight, structural lightweight, manufacturing lightweight and functional lightweight. The authors introduce the principles of lightweight design, methods of functional lightweight, strength properties and stiffness properties of materials, methods of structural optimization, processing technology and connectivity technologies of parts, apply these methods to engineering practice of race car design. The practice shows that it is better to use the combination of a variety of lightweight methods than to use a single lightweight method.
