| 摘 要： | 通过对市民乘坐城市客车方式的研究,结合对城市客车工作人员以及市民的实际调查,分析城市客车人性化设计与研究的可能性与必然性。在此基础上研究国内现有城市客车在人性化设计方面的主要内容,尝试性地提出城市客车人性化设计的程序和在产品开发过程中的应用方法。
