摘    要:针对大瑞铁路高黎贡山隧道工程特定岩性条件,运用显示动力学理论和岩体破碎准则,建立了滚刀破岩数值模型,并对不同贯入度下滚刀破岩效率进行了分析。结果表明:随着滚刀贯入度的增大,两把滚刀底部岩体等效塑性应变区域逐渐贯通,沟槽深度不断加大,同时岩脊宽度逐渐减小;各贯入度下切向力时程曲线均呈现正向波动特性;滚刀平均切向力和破岩体积随滚刀贯入度的增加呈现非线性递增关系;破岩比能耗随着滚刀贯入度的增加先减小后增大,并存在一个最优贯入度数值使得比能耗最小。

Analysis on Rock Breaking Efficiency by TBM Disc Cutter of Railway Tunnel under Different Penetration Conditions
Abstract:According to the specific rock conditions of Gaoligong Mountain tunnel project of Dali-Ruili railway, a numerical model of rock breaking by disc cutter was established based on the explicit dynamics theory and rock fragmentation criterion. The rock breaking efficiency under different penetration conditions was analyzed. The results showed that:with the increase of penetration, the equivalent plastic strain zone of the bottom rock linked up gradually, meanwhile, the depth of the trench was increasing, and the width of the rock ridge decreased gradually. The tangential force curves showed positive fluctuation characteristics. With the increasing of penetration, the average tangential force and the volume of broken rock presented a nonlinear incremental relationship. Moreover, the specific energy consumption decreased first and then increased, which indicated that there was an optimal value of penetration corresponded to the minimum specific energy consumption.
